We were warned on checkin that upgrades and construction were taking place in the hotel during day hours. We were given a room right next to the rooms under construction area. Her we been on the other side of the hallway or down a floor or two the noise would have been much more livable. I do not feel like they made an attempt to move us away from the noise and construction. Not sure if the poor room selection is beachside the room was prepaid.

They are modernizing/remodelling. At least the modernized room we stayed in was modern looking but totally impractical. The design of the bathroom inside the room, with the faucet in the middle of the room next to the closet was awful. No drawers and a tiny closet with no room to put the luggage in. Sad because the overall look/location/staff of the hotel is nice.

Great location - easy walk to Chinatown, Clarke Quay and transport. Staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel is under renovation so bathrooms and linen are getting a little tired but would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location for walking, taking the bus and the MRT is diagonally opposite. Extremely quiet and very clean with a very comfortable bed. But a doona in this hot climate!!! Would prefer a top sheet.

プールが素敵でした。小さなホテルなので、プールが静かなのも良かったです。部屋は流石に選んだ20平米のところは狭いかなぁと思いました。朝ごはんは品数は多くないけど、意外に美味しかったです。

The property was OK - definitely felt safe and quiet. Rooms are quite small but very modern. Breakfast is served on the lower floor and was fine but coffee cups are very, very small. Staff were helpful and the staff at check in were very nice. There didn't seem to be much shopping around the hotel. Would like more information on how to operate things in the room.

Hotel is well located 2mins from MRT and short walk to Chinatown. Staff very friendly and helpful. Building is going through a refurbishment and some days building noise was very loud. Rooms comfortable.

We were able to check in early and the property is close to two different metro lines so everything is easy to access. The concierge was very helpful.

We wanted somewhere that centrally accessible to most places and Park Regis in the Clarke Quay area fitted that criteria, close to China Town and a good 25-30 min walk to Marina Bay area. The rooms a functional, clean and modern. The pool area is small but again nicely positioned. What makes this ideal is if you are on a late flight they will securely store your luggage and near the pool area a shower and changing rooms are available for use. We didn’t have breakfast or meals as we prefer to explore outside so cannot comment on that front.

Fantastisk personal vid receptionen
Incheckningen och utcheckningen var mkt positiva upplevelser. Personalen vid receptionen var fantastisk. Hjälpte oss med ombokning av en flygresa, som vi missat. Utmärkt läge, möjligt att promenera till alla sevärdheter i centrala Singapore. Vi hade ett funktionellt rum, med alla sedvanliga bekvämligheter. God frukostbuffé. Poolen var mkt skön. Singapore är en fantastisk stad, rekommenderar utsiktsterrassen i SkyPark och besök på Botanic Garden. Om man önskar ta en drink, Singapore Sling, på Long Bar (Hotell Raffles) måste man vara där tidigt, kommer man efter kl 21 riskerar man att inte bli insläppta.

No complaints. Close to China Town, and Clarke Quay. Good WiFi, bright light room, breakfast was ok, mix of Western & Asian, friendly efficient staff, very attentive. There is a self serve laundry room. Certainly on my list to return
