mixed feelings here. hotel is very outdated, ac was leaking intermittently during my stay. staff was pleasing, tried to accommodate my requests and concerns. the best part is the location, being in little india. there is the century square mall just across the site, then a lot of food and shopping options around the area.

ロケーションが最高！部屋用にクロックスがいります。シャワーの角度が絶妙でトイレがびちゃびちゃになりますw数匹ベビーゴキちゃんがいますが比較的綺麗です！何よりお土産購入先で定番のムスタファセンターまで1分もかかりません！ケンチキ、サブウェイが入ってるモールが向かいにあって、食堂もあるので現地ご飯も食べ慣れたご飯もどっちでも安心です。虫さえ気にならなかったら最高のホテルです！！

My second time at this hotel and it is at a very strategic location with MRT stations nearby, a mall just directly opposite and plenty of food stalls around. Great place to stay.

Needs more improvement

Room smells bad, no ventilation, air-conditioning is very slow, toilet and shower has a very limited space, I have noticed that housekeeping did not wash our cups, poor housekeeping. The only thing which I think most will agree is that it is near the mall and MRT. And Mustafa center. For those who plan to stay in the hotel, bring along your own bath soap and shampoo. Toothbrush and toothpaste is also provided at the front desk upon request, as well as hotel sleepers. These things should be automatically provided in the room and not by through request.

Air conditioner was not function well and we were feeling so hot in the room. However, the water flow from water heater pump was too weak and low. There was no other available room for exchange anymore thus there may need more improvement on these amenities if unable to change room. But I like the location of this hotel because it is nearby MRT station.

Hotel is located strategically opposite of City Square Mall and a 5-min walk to the Farrer Park MRT station. The hypermarket Mustafa Centre is also nearby and you can get literally anything there. Don't have anything much to complain about the room except that you can find ants lingering around the fridge but that's not a major inconvenience at all
