We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Crowne Plaza Changi Airport by IHG
The front desk attendant seemed confused for some reason. The room was okay - a bit of a walk to get there. We left at 6:00, so missed our paid breakfasts. Convenient location.
