There were flies in the breakfast area. F&B staff were helpful and dedicated. Check-in experience was slow, took about 20mins to check in but received a room that has construction view. Carlton Hotel Singapore
Room is getting tired, it is the time to renovate most of the rooms otherwise, prepare to lose customers or downgrade to budget hotel that attract budget tourist.I am the regular customer since year 2000 but felt heartbreaking to see the tired room that showing ages.
