"Staff members were very nice and helpful, breakfasts were yummy every morning and the kitchen staff were always friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our time in this place. The hotel was very close to the bus station and the was a plus too 👍"

"Possibly one of the most beautiful and well organised hotels we have stayed in for Premium All Inclusive. Stunning food, friendly staff that really go the extra mile (especially Yiannis) and impeccable views."

"Very nice boutique hotel. Definitely worth and will come back."

"Lors de mon arrivé il était 14 heures, et la chambre devait être disponible à 15 heures. À peine une dizaine de minutes plus tard ma chambre était prête. De plus, je devais prendre un taxi à 3 am et la personne à l’accueil a effectué la réservation. En terminant, lorsque nous sommes revenus faire notre Check out la préposée â l’accueil à été d’une grande gentillesse."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Akrotiri. The staff and the owner were incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home—they treated me like part of the family. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, featuring fresh, high-quality local products. Yesterday, I was also pleasantly surprised with a lovely little gift of local olive oil and natural honey, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I felt genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and happy during my stay at this hotel. I am...

"The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t...

"Einfach Super! Leider die Zimmer auf der Straßenseite sind sehr laut."

"Me and my wife were there for our honeymoon and the stuff were really kind and service oriented the food is delicious and the bar was really nice Im very recommended to visit and stay there"

"Can’t say enough about the staff at the Epavli Grace Hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful . I had an insect bite and was unable to get anything for it as the pharmacies were closed in Sunday. The lady at reception called a friend at the hospital who immediately brought some anti sting cream to the hotel!!! Incredible! The rooms were large , clean and comfortable other than the hard sofa . The location was excellent and about a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront shops and...

"We had a deluxe villa with own pool. It was just a shame due to staying later in the season, we did not get the sun on our loungers and the pool was very cold. (Still tried it though!!) Suite was lovely, Breakfast was good, lots of choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort is close to main road, which was a bit annoying if sitting out. Overall though, could not fault the resort. However, walked along the nearest beach, and was very disappointed with the amount of rubbish and...

"The service was very attentive, convenient locations , delicious breakfast and very comfortable bed and room ."

"We had an excellent, if short, stay. The hotel should really be 4 stars, hands down. Room (suite) was impecable, great furnishings and bedding, staff accommodating and free parking very convenient. The location is as best it can be, right in the harbor, with magnificent views. The only place we will consider if we return to Chania."

"I had a wonderful stay at Morum City Hotel! I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Junior Studio Suite with a huge balcony, which was wonderful for sitting outside in the evenings with friends. The staff were fantastic, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the location was excellent, with an easy walk down to the harbour. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly...
