"We were warmly welcomed by Sophia who was excellent in handling our check-in. We checked in bit late but nevertheless she was very helpful in giving us our keys very fast and guiding us to our room. We spent a very nice evening at their bar, ordered some food and then went to sleep. The room was excellent and is very spacious and the bathroom was very clean. "The room was clean and maintained. There was a restaurant and bar on location. It was a very nice atmosphere."

"Near airport. We can store our luggage for 1-2 days for reasonable cheap price when we go exploring another cities."

"This hotel is close to the Kloten Balsberg train station. 10 min walk from the train station. Similar distance from the tram station as well. The property is well maintained. The airport shuttle was quite convenient. You need to pre-book it."

"Room was very basic. Bedding was scratchy with old lumpy pillows. Room was warm but extra hot day outside in Zurich. Close to airport and shuttle to airport is great. Front desk people were very helpful. Full breakfast (20 CHF) and nice coffee/expresso/latte offerings."

"I stayed with family. I loved the breakfast - Most definitely 10/10. It was very complete and everything was delicious. I also used the spa, which was exactly what I needed after a day of walking. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from beautiful Rapperswil."

"Well appointed spacious room. Large full length closets, Comfortable beds. Outside of the city center, however easy to take the tram into town. Purchased an all day pass from the hotel."

"Close to the mall"

"The staff and room were absolutely amazing. The only downside was it is quite a bit further from the airport than you would imagine… a 20-30min walk. There is a bus that you can take which drops off very close, but we did not realize this until we arrived on foot. We ate in the restaurant and the food was adequate but below average for Switzerland. However, for an airport-style hotel we were overall impressed and would stay here again."

"Older hotel about 15mins tram ride to old town. Air conditioning not up to Australian/American standards - in 35C heat room only cooled 3C below so really not much respite from hot weather. Clean, comfortable and fresh."
