On the first night, my TV was not working, and I had to contact the front desk. I was told that my room was not supposed to be occupied because of the broken TV, even though the same staff member had assigned it to me. I was moved to another room, requiring me to repack and relocate. The following evening, my key would not work because it had only been programmed...
