"I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. The hotel was in poor condition overall, and one of the biggest issues was the air conditioning. The AC unit was clearly outdated and not working at all, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. I went to the front desk to ask if something could be done, such as switching rooms, but I was told that all rooms have the same type of AC.
