"We had an amazing time. And everyone went out of their way to help me! Keep in mind its a cash free property. Felt so safe having to use my key for elevator. Also it was a beautiful property. note* Cash app is not recommended in any instance but the staff at Hotel Felix did everything they could possible to help me going above and beyond to even care about my situation. Cash app however is not recommended because they asked for specific documents and still refusing to release my funds. But i want to thank everyone who helped me and my friend. Also giving her and I one of the best experiences together. We will see yall again soon but next time were gonna use Venmo 💯. "The property if beautiful and historic. The main room is incredible. The rooms are well taken care of, you can just tell they are a little dated with a slight smell. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were really friendly. When we went to our room, maintenance was just changing the air filter in the AC. It was nice to know that the filters are changed. The location was really convenient for using both the buses and the subway (the L). We have stayed at multiple hotels in Chicago in the past few years, and we have finally found one we will continue to go to."
