"The staff was very short staffed with many guests including myself were waiting for long times to be checked in. We were unable to get a room with a shower. Were told they would work on providing either another room with a shower or simply a shower curtain to add to the tub. We waited for over 2 hours with no other room or even a shower curtain. My family and I were flying out early next day and simply wanted a shower! When I called earlier in the day to book, I asked if they had a pool...

"You are literally at the ocean for this place! It was nice to fall asleep to the waves. Easy to find, and the owner met me there. Super helpful and friendly Fabio is! The room was very clean and comfortable. Quiet place. They have a family restaurant about 10 meters away which had amazing seafood! Would definitely come back here!"

"Rosario the owner greeted us warmly upon arrival. She and the staff were all very kind and treated us wonderfully during our stay. Our room was excellent, new, clean, and spacious. The owner's adjoining restaurant had wonderful food, all was delicious, and service was excellent. Our visit to Menfi was wonderful due to the great accommodations & food at La Regina."
