"Staying at Palazzo Pantaleo was like a throwback to an earlier time, before corporate hotels and airbnb. The owner was present and attentive, the room was lovely, the breakfast, served in a small room, was excellent, the staff were very pleasant. The rooms themselves are updated – excellent wifi, and large, renovated bath. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Signor Pantaleo."

"The staff was not friendly at all. Check in was extremely difficult, it states that there’s a front desk to check in at, but in fact, there’s no front desk at all. You need to WhatsApp message a number in order to get the codes, and they didn’t respond for a long time. We were stuck sitting outside for 2 hours with our luggage. Additionally, they still falsely advertise the property as a “bed and breakfast” but there’s no breakfast. Lastly, they are not accommodating at ALL if you need a late...
