Lovely stay. Really helpful staff after doing the Arctic Circle Trail, including cleaning our boots :-) beds could do with a better mattress, but a lovely staff overall.

Nice property in a great part of town. Comfy bed and great breakfast. My only complain is that one night there was no hot water. Went to the reception and the young lady said that someone would look into it the next day. For a property this size that is unacceptable. Still, I would definitely stay here again.

I loved that the excursion meet ups were in the reception area. We always knew where to be and when to be there. Consistency is key, and Søma provides.
The kitchen fried up some cod I caught in the previous day’s fishing tour! Very rewarding and also tasty.

Friendly service

The location of the hotel is right in the best part of the city-The photo left here is NOT what I got a room - my singleroom was very tiny and no place to leave your luggage open apart from the floor. Only went for breakfast (including)once and nothing exciting. Reception people very friendly and very nice to give a room 11am. Need transfer TO airport - no problem just let the reception knew the day before and the helpful people will take you there - good service point-Thank you.

Fint værelse med en god seng. Her mangler dog en elkedel og kaffe, te på værelserne som på SØMA i Nuuk. Personalet er overvejende enkelsk talende og ikke de mest servicemindede. Der var ikke mørklægnings gardin på værelserne. Det mangler i den lyse periode om natten. Der er pt. ombygning og oprydningen kan forbedres både ude og inde.

Når I nu spørg.... Fint, men med en "men"

Dejligt ophold og rigtig venlig med at fixe 2 dages aflysning, venlig, rolige og tryg sted. Når nu I vælgere at spørge, tillader jeg mig også at komme med det ikke så positive. Til at det er det dyreste værelse jeg har haft i mange år, er der ikke helt lighed mellem pris og standarten. På værelse 24 er der næsten ingen internet - måtte sætte mig op i kantinen for at arbejde. Jeg er med på at alle kan ikke have den bedste udsigt, men til den pris, ville det være passende med anden en at kunne kikke ud på en skrant. At der ikke er mørklægningsgardiner, hjælper ikke på oplevelsen. Tror ikke der er andre hoteller i Grønland, uden det. Begge dage forsøgte jeg at købe dagens ret - for at undgå grillmad, men uden held. Kl 18.00 er åbenbart for sent. Jeg er sikker på at når I er færdig med den nye tilbygning, så får I et virkelig lækkert sted, men lige nu er det som at gå på en byggeplads. Er med på at det ikke kan være anderledes. En opsummering - Jeg syntes ikke pris og kvalitet passer sammen, men jeg nød opholdet hos jer, og vil gerne anbefale jer, når engang i er færdig med tilbygningen.

Hotel Søma Sisimiut

Boede 3 dage på Hotel Søma i Sisimiut. Alt i alt en ok oplevelse. Maden i cafeen var ikke den store oplevelse og lukkede 19.30. Jeg prøvede ikke restauranten. Træningscentret var meget lille og så ikke så indbydende ud. Værelset (standard) var meget sparsom indrettet.
