"the clesning lady grabbed my dirty towels without gloves. blegh. they dont wash the blanket daily, just the sheets. i had the blanet thrown on the ground because i wasnt using it... came back in the room and she had taken it straight off the ground and put it back on my sheets. blegh. during sheet change you have no sheets or bedding for over an hour because they dont have extra pairs, they just take and wash your same set. the room REEKED of stale pot smoke. worst stay ever."

When I finally got into my room it was full of bugs, dirty sheets and towels and the shower was full of scum and left over soap from a previous stay. "Expedia said a$50 damage deposit would be charged against my card, but they required $100 in cash - luckily I had it and didn't have to drive around for an ATM in a strange town. I got a receipt and its return on checkout, so I think a communications deficit between the hotel and expedia. Staff was friendly and room was clean, but the bathroom doorknob was coming off and could not shut, plus the drawer pulls were installed INSIDE the drawers instead of outside.
