"Perfect location, a short stroll from the centre and the Christmas market - the reason for our visit. We were welcomed and pleased to find that our room was available earlier than expected. From the outset we were made to feel very welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was super clean and tidy and the room was lovely and very well decorated. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again as a perfect base for enjoying Bath so will be back in summer."

"Very comfortable hotel. Really fantastic and friendly service. Couple of issues with my son's room which they dealt with immediately and moved him to another room. But the piece de resistance is the amazing Roman spa which guests can use in the morning and evening for 2 hours. Several different pools of different temperatures plus sauna and steam room. And of course a gym and treatment rooms available all day. Delicious family dinner in the restaurant - really excellent food. Would happily go...

"In the heart of Bath with a rustic and charismatic feel. Fantastic gin bar opposite the front door and restaurants, bars, cinema and Sainsburys close by (100-500 meters). Steep and narrow staircase to the loft apartment. Two large bedrooms, spacious liver, kitchen diner and a bathroom. The internet is slow but did not spoil a wonderful stay. "

"It was a lovely stay, with very friendly staff. Situated a couple streets away from the Abbey, you can walk out of the hotel and down picturesque streets immediately. They even allowed us to keep our baggage in the property after check out so that we could explore the city one last time before leaving. Very thoughtful and lovely property.
