"The building for this hotel looks a bit dull from outside - but on the inside, it's amazing - a real oasis in the heart of the city. We had a room with a balcony on the 6th floor, and it was fab to have a sofa and space outside that we could just relax without being in an expensive Danish bar or cafe! "Very comfortable and the studio apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The only comment is that there was just one pillow each and no spare ones. However, a request was made for extra pillows and these were very quickly provided. The hotel is very close to excellent public transport links taking about 45 minutes by bus into central Copenhagen and 10 minutes by bus to the coast and deer park. We recommend getting the Resjekort app loaded before you travel which is then easy to use on...

No staff on site but staff was very responsive via text when needed. So why a 4 instead of 5?
