"The location is close to the city centre and 400m to the Metro subway, and the Casino is right next door. There is a Taxi stand right in front of the entrance. The view from the 17th floor was very good but not spectacular. Not much to view at night time as the city is not well-lit at night. There is a "Happy Hour" at the bar for Radisson Reward members, which we couldn't use because it is from 6-7 pm. The room was comfortable as were the beds.
