"Staff was very , breakfast was great especially when you have kids, lots of choices! Room was clean Parking was a little bit of a challenge in the garage but we parked in front on the street and it was fine. Pool was clean Great place for a family and price was great ! I recommend this hotel especially for traveling with a family. "

"We had a great experience. Kids loved the pool, us adults loved the hot tubs. Came back to nice, clean rooms every day. Tons of things to do and great views with direct access to the bay. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"This is a very old building, shower is very small, the walkways are lined with carpet and is very outdated. inside the room the beds were very comfy the AC unit is a big thing that is pretty loud there is a small fridge the tv internet kept going in and out so the first night we coudnt watch anything but it was on the beach pretty much and attached to a restraunt which was convenient. "

"Super close to Seaworld and Beaches including Belmont Beach. It's not the newest on the outside so at first I was concerned but the inside was fantastic and staff was great and everything inside was very clean and nice. Didn’t even go look at pool so can't say anything either way there. Free paking and so close to the things we were going made this property perfect for us. "

"Jewelry box was stolen while we were attending friends wedding. The first time it happened in 45+ years of traveling. The hotel doesn't provide safes. The staff refused to help with anything. The manager just gave us a report and when we asked for specifics of the next steps he said that they can't do anything. The location of the hotel is in the area with lots of homeless people. We stayed 4 nights and one of the nights the access to the hotel was blocked by the police dealing with...
