Hotel dekat North Cove Beach

"The number 1 thing in my book is location. It's located right on the beach a small walk down some stairs not belonging to the hotel that are a bit slippery because of the sand that's built up on them. The facility is absolutely beautiful and clean. The employees at the hotel care about the guest and go above and beyond. The pool are is a little bit small but that's ok if you get your chaise lounger early. The food is exceptionally good however a portion of the menu is made by a local restaurant...

"Nice clean hotel. Great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Right on the beach. One note ask for the room not to face the street as on the weekend can get noisy since it is right in the middle of everything. Otherwise great stay"

"The resort is lovely and has a very tropical lush feel we were stay vacationing 30 minutes from home and it really felt like we’d flown to Hawaii or somewhere in the South Pacific. The accommodation was great for a family of four, with a nice bungalow, large bedroom space and cute bathroom and we had a view out onto the bay. During our stay one of the restaurants was closed, and so we ended up having the same menu on both nights. The hotel did tell us ahead of time about the restaurant...

"Very friendly staff! So grateful they were flexible with check-in as my flight got delayed. Big kitchen; bagels and cream cheese for breakfast. Note that there is only one bathroom (shower included, so it's not possible to have one person shower while another uses the bathroom) for the dorm of 14 people. I never had an issue conflicting with anybody, but just know that there's only one bathroom. There are 2 sinks outside the bathroom, though."

"The Surfer has a fantastic location! It was decorated spartan to say the least. Definitely a "no frills" place with a great view. Aidin at the front desk was very helpful and the best desk person I've ever met in making suggestions and being accommodating. Price is steep for what it is, but again, you're on the beach in San Diego!"

"The room was clean, the grounds are beautiful and look to be well cared for. The staff were accommodating and supported an early check in with ease.
