"The hotel itself is fine and your typical holiday inn standard, maybe a notch lower. We heard babies cried but it wasn’t bad. The only complaint about hotel is bathroom has no fan. The location is a bit sketchy, at the end of an industrial part of town. If you have a regular car you can park in the garage. "The hotel and our rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Pools were nice and heated. We loved the marina and had a great time kayaking. This was an additional cost but well worth it. The onsite dinning/food options are very limited and nothing was available for late hours, after dinner. The Market store closed at 10:00AM so the quick food and coffee wasn’t available after that. This got challenging as we got up early for marina activities then had to leave to go find simple breakfast...

"We had a cockroach in our room. The staff was not helpful when we brought them the roach. We were not offered a new room or a refunded for that night. Reached out the property manager and got no response. We also requested cleaning services two days in a row and never received service."
