"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 8j dans la suite honeymoon ! Ce fut encore mieux que espéré. On en prend plein la vue, c’est le cas de le dire. Location is difficult to find as there are two complexes (A & B) with the same name, however they are not signposted clearly at each property or easy to locate on a map. The local manager was not responsive enough and did not provide clear address details so we could find the property and had to contact them. "The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. "Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Essen und Getränke waren sehr lecker. Das Zimmer mit privatem Pool ist eine tolle kleine Oase zum entspannen. Mir hat auch die Massage im Spa (expert: inna.) hervorragend gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!"

"Bedden keihard en slecht, hele dag en avond harde muziek. Oude frituurlucht uit de keuken. Douchecabine was erg vies bij de randen, geen enkele sfeer in de kamer. Verroeste koelkast. Kookvoorziening is nihil, weinig keukenspullen. Budget hotel, ontbijt wat je kon bestellen wat vreselijk, een croissant die zo plat en nat was als een dubbeltje. Accommodatie is voor jonge mensen zou ik aanraden, Laganas is leuk maar overspoeld met drinkende en vapende jeugd. Schoonmaak was wel in orde."

"Lovely Stay, had a sea view deluxe room and it was lovely, Staff very Frand helpful especially Yannis and Eva, granddaughter loved the big pool and small pool, pool towels provided which was a bonus, Breakfast was fine always something to eat and yes it can be the same every day but wasn't an issue for us, we will be back 😀"
