"Couldn’t fault staff or the property. Full breakfast choice included. I have given a 4 * rating due to unexpected costs. Pool towels. Air conditioning Safety deposit box. and large double bed loungers but other loungers were free. All these charges weren’t mentioned on the website. "

"We have just stayed 7 nights as a family of 4 at this amazing hotel and loved it! The family room was spacious, elegantly decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. They provided high end Molten Brown toiletries, soft cotton towels/robes, and luxurious bedding. The breakfast was generous and delicious especially the pancakes and fruit juices. "Property and room was a bit outdated. Breakfast was simple. Coffee machine was not great and wasps were annoying. WiFi did not work in room On plus side they were very welcoming and hotel pool area was nice and short walk to lovely beach"

"Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au Bella Vista Apartments ! Les appartements sont propres, spacieux et très bien équipés, parfaits pour se détendre après une journée à explorer l’île. L’emplacement est idéal : au calme, tout en étant proche des plages, des restaurants et des principales attractions de Zakynthos. "Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."
