"When I asked the desk clerk for a needed toiletry item in the evening of my check in she blew me off and told me to wait til housekeeping comes in the next morning. I discovered the item was easily accessible to her as another desk clerk obtained it for me in the morning. The buffet breakfast was disappointing especially considering the price. Not enough options, food sitting out too long. However, you can order off the menu as an option. Otherwise, rooms on were the small side but clean and...

"By far my worst Holiday Inn experience. Cockroaches, leftover foods in the room, a dollop of that brown/oily/smelly food on the furniture in the room, no hot water in the morning, garbage in the halls, loud repairs in the next room, delapidated fixtures and furniture, and zero sympathy for the trouble. They want to extract the value from the land and Holiday Inn brand at your expense and horror. I called to complain multiple times, because no one was at the check out desk. No answer."

"We had to switch rooms because the ceiling vent in the bathroom was taped to the ceiling and fell while we were out of our room. There was hair clogged in the drain. Our TV did not work and there was hair in the sink. Our door also did not properly close. Overall not a great experience. Then our second room, the bathroom floor was sticky."
