"The place is as described with the marked amenities. Communication was on point and they were very responsive whenever I needed something. They were flexible when I requested an early check in which was great for me. The apartment was very clean with lots of amenities. Overall its a great place to stay with great location"

"This place has character. The staff was excellent and accommodating, very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. The parking is onsite, a bit crowded Saturday night but no one blocked you in and there is overflow parking right outside the gate just a few dozen meters from your room.

Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do. "Via appia is very instagramable..nice but for someone who doesnt have their own car its far from the city proper so you will spend extra for a cab o trcycle to take you from the hotel to where ever you want to go..the staffs were accomodating..clean room its good for its price..no breakfast buffet though, they just have a menu list for u to check and itll be plated for you..only downside there were insects flying when we had our breakfast..which is annoying..other than that the place is ok.. "
