"The property wasn't bad nor the friendliness. The room however was directly above what I assume is a boiler room and was very noisy. Didn't rest much."

"Well maintained property. Room was ice cold at check in like 60 degrees. Got sick after the long 6 hour drive. When I called the front desk, they sent a male staff member to help with the clean up. I apologized to him, as I know it wasn't ideal or pleasant. He just looked at me and walked out. Could use some staff training for making staff feel comfortable and welcomed."

"The hotel was nice overall, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only issue that bothered us was the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was very dirty, with many visible stains. It was uncomfortable to walk on it barefoot. We hope the hotel will improve the cleanliness of the rooms, as everything else about our stay was enjoyable. ."

"It was well located for concert venue. Clean room inside. No room service if you are staying less then 3 days. We stood 2 nights. The building and walkways are grimy, too filthy outside, I recommend a good power wash. Did not have breakfast but i know it was basic. We got back late on Saturday night and there was no parking. We had to park next to shipping containers. If you can look pass some of the issues noted it ok."

"Loved the lazy river and enjoying the pool with friends. The drinks were decent, steakhouse here was ok but staff across the board was excellent."

The hotel looked like no one vacuumed or mopped the common areas by the elevators and side entrance doors off of the parking lot. "There was nothing “boutique”about this hotel.This likely was a converted super 8 motel. Dirty musty, carpets smell like urine, poorly equipped room. Expedia charged me much more than what the hotel was advertising on site Early this morning, at about 5 AM my room was filled with smoke from someone smoking pot in the hallway or the room next door."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Location was great for what I needed. Now the truth. The refrigerator had many settings but It was really a freezer. Everything in it froze even on low settings. The air conditioner worked when it felt like it. The room would get very hot until the air kicked on and then it froze you out.
