"The faucet did not work property in the bathroom. No pressure and no hot water. I had to brush my teeth at the kitchen sink, the jacuzzi in the room did not work. The sent someone and he could not fix it. The front desk made a huge deal in giving me a wattle bottle and they did not want to give me points to compensate how awful the room was. They only refunded the resort fee. I did not have a good experience."

"From arrival, Valet , bellman and registration everything went smoothly.
All staff asked if they could assist us and if we have any questions.
The room had an unbelievable fantastic view of Lake Tahoe surrounded by mountains.
Comfortable sitting area and bed.
Two clean bathrooms, perfect his and hers.
On site Restaurants offered a wide selection of food that we frequently enjoyed.
Also many gaming options with pleasant staff."
