Hotel dekat Skyline Trail

"I enjoyed this hotel, mostly. Our room had a lovely heat generating gas fireplace. And having a private outside balcony to sit on was wonderful. My only gripe was the poor quality of the included free breakfast, and coffee! We skipped it entirely on our last morning there. But it looked like many people enjoyed it."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were on the second floor but there was no elevator. The room had a balcony that needed upkeep, paint and to replace a few boards. The breakfast was adequate. The location was excellent for what we wanted to do."

"Nice modern motel well located for AT hike"

"Nice people, ok and clean room. Too much light from around the window shades and all the gizmos (thermostat, TV etc.) to the point of inhibiting sleep."

"This a much better Holiday Inn than the one at Saugerties that we went one day before."

"The sink drain didn’t work."

"Clean, spacious room Accommodating staff especially Shawn and Jennifer at the front desk. Very nice pool and gym Definitely coming back"

"It was the sweetest Place ever. It was compact yet cute and efficient. Great shower and plenty of hot water. It was easy to check in and clean. There were all the amenities that we needed. The owner was very nice and even started a fire in the cute fire pit. We enjoyed the scenery and the pretty lake setting. Than-you for a pleasant experience in Mass. I"

"Room was dated and dirty, stains on the walls and in the bathroom. Sign said they had vending machines, was told by staff they did not have any. Air conditioner was loud and had a difficult time maintaining the desired temperature. Police showed up around while were there. Checked out before sunrise"

"An absolutely perfect getaway spot! Beautiful rooms, great service, and an ideal location. Highly recommend and we will be going back."

"We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Our little room was clean and felt safe. We could open the windows! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great. The location was...

"Parking and staff good"

"Arrived at property around 9:00 PM, office door open, no one at front desk. Numerous attempts to contact front desk by calling, received crazy recording that said "unable to make outgoing calls" what does that mean???? Numerous attempts to contact property, same results. Attempting to get (2) night prepayment back. Awaiting response/determination. Had to book other accommodations. Terrible experience."
