"I am a repeat visitor to Pontac. A lovely place to spend time at, especially outside on the stoep. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, wonderful views of the mountains surrounding Paarl. Definite value for money. The only area for improvement would be breakfast, it is okay, but could use some attention."

The nicest feature was the lighted bath mirror to provide daylight illumination to anyone getting dressed or apply makeup. So many hotels ignore this important function, even the ultra luxe. "Gorgeous boutique hotel! Our superior king room was huge w all amenities, even its own pool! Would have been lovely for the pool to be heated slightly to make it usable but lovely to have a private courtyard. Staff were excellent & breakfasts delicious. Highly recommend. "
