"I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again."

"I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"I love this hotel. Its very clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything works as it should and the staff is amazing. The breakfast is really good too. Its actually breakfast and not just cereal and muffins. This is my fourth stay and everything has been consistently awesome. This will be my go to hotel for the two to three times a month I travel this way. The price is great as well. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!"

"We were told we have housekeeping every other day with fresh towels and sheets. When they came, they left towels but did not make beds or do anything in the room itself Walls are so thin, we heard neighbors alarms all three mornings (both guests let their alarms go off for over an hour!). We could hear full conversations neighbors were having. Bed was comfortable and room clean."
