"Softest sheets ever. Very charming room. The free breakfast was a nice touch. It’s bacon and eggs basically. If you want to order off the menu you get a discount but cofee is not included in that case. A little nickle and dimey imho. I was in room 12 which is very close to the interstate highway. I would try to get a room further away so it’s less noisy. Overall, very charming property"

"The rooms were filthy. It was Hair. The tubes was dirty. The knob on the tube had broken before we got there. We told them to fix it. They did not. We asked for clean towels and sheets. They told us know we asked for our room to be clean they said they don’t clean the rooms we would like a refund."

"Very disappointed. There was used soap in the bathroom. A huge hole under the facet. I would shower due to the possibility of a bug coming out. All the amenities for coffee yet no coffee pot. Beautiful and historic but I would not recommend."

"This was a horrible experience. Booked a two night stay in a non-smoking double bed room because I had two children with me. Upon arrival I was told my reservation was changed to a smoking queen bedroom, I accepted due to it being late at night. The room was DISGUSTING with stained sheets and it REEKED. Went downstairs and asked for a different room, was told there wasn’t a double bed available. As I was leaving the front desk staff stopped me and said “if you have cash, I can find something.”...

The floors were uneven all over, it made me feel very disoriented. The walls have cracks all over. I let my 8 month old crawl on the floor expecting it be clean.. and her knees and hands turned black after only a few seconds on the floor. EXTREMELY rude hung up on me twice. Ordered staff silent as to what went on. We were up all night and because I booked through Expedia they did not offer a refund.
