"The hotel is very misleading with the pictures they post. The rooms was a bit gross. Very outdated and doesn’t look like they deep clean the rooms at all. The bathrooms are outdated and water gets everywhere from the shower set up. I paid for valet parking yet had to park the car myself 2 blocks away and still had to pay the parking garage money to park there. "Rooms were smaller, but very efficient for a couple nights stay in the city to see BTS! My daughter and I got two twin beds, looked so small, but they were very comfortable with nice linens, nice heavy comforter, we slept well, large TV although we never turned it on…nice food court type spot across from hotel with great food selections, good coffee and tea too.
