"Very enjoyable overall. The one negative item worth mentioning would be the the warmth in one of our rooms. Their AC was not on for the season, as expected. But the room held it's overly warm temperature even with the balcony doors cracked. Not feeling comfortable sleeping with the doors open it made it difficult to sleep."

"Excellent location.
Staff were good (especially the night manager). Morning staff could have cleared used plates more quickly at breakfast. Breakfast was good, but shame no hot plates or simple eggs cooked to order available.
We had the cheaper room, which opened out to the inner court yard was as expected, so no complaint. The room was a bit dull looking but ok, it was probably overdue a revamp. The bathroom was grim (room 202) with the shower and around the sink in much need of a deep clean...
