To me, customer service is everything, I love when staff go above and beyond for their customers. I paid $50 dlls for one night which is expensive for a B&B during low season. the breakfast was not included. I had to pay 0.50 cents. I did not have any cash, I offered to pay via PayPal, they declined. The owner suggestion was to go to an ATM and withdraw money. All that trouble so they could get the 0.50 cents I had to pay for breakfast. That is how you lose a customer. Terrible treatment and poor judgement. Sometimes you have to do what is best for the customer.
