"We landed into town late with our plane being delayed, upon arrival, it wasn't very obvious through google maps how to get to the hotel front desk. Then when we finally figured out where to check in, there were some sketchy people sitting outside and I didn't even feel comfortable walking in to get our room by myself. The casino on the front of the hotel smelled like cigarettes also, which shouldn't be allowed in a hotel that claims to be "made for the kids." The staff was very friendly however, and we didn't have any problems with our stay after we got to our room and figured out where everything was. The front desk didn't mention that there was a restaurant open 24/7 when we got there though, which would have been nice to know for someone arriving at 3am with kids. (Was supposed to be an 1130pm landing.)"

"I checked in June 18th in room 842 for the Jeezy concert. Immediately upon check in, sheets were filthy, toilet was running, sink was stopped up. I called down to the front desk and no reported within 20 minutes. I went down to the front desk just to be escorted back to the room with a housekeeping manager. I guess they had to see the dirt for themselves. The only good thing was they had a room available in 10 minutes (the same room they tried to charge an additional 50 per night at check in). The manager did assist with getting our bags to the next room promptly. Immediately upon entry we conducted a room check and things were fine. I understand the property receives outrageous complaints, but when something of this sort takes place, be kind and accommodating to those that pay to stay. Not gamble to stay"

"We had 4 rooms for four days under my name. Checked in and gave all guest names by room and their phone numbers. Had multiple issues charging to their room. Went to front desk again to correct problem. They did on there end but again multiple issues with the various hotel areas confronting my guests with you have someone else name and credit card on file. Everyone had room charging issues still or were hassled. Fix this. It is not a new thing that one person pays for everyone. Never a problem when we stay at the Bellagio casino not sure why Mandalay Bay can’t address staff to be on the same page with their own policy."
