"The shower water pressure was very weak, so it took me almost an hour to shower. The body wash dispenser was empty, and the coffee was not refilled after housekeeping. The bed was also uncomfortable. The bedding was not cotton and felt rough and scratchy, making it difficult for me to sleep."

"Great place to stay for the Morgan Wallen concert with only a 20 minute walk to the venue, Staff was super helpful, hot tub was great and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had. Great stay in Denver!"

"The room was clean, the staff was great, the breakfast was good, the parking was great. The room we got was big and accommodated my big family. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place to spend it in Denver. The beds were comfortable, it had two restrooms. There was only one tub with the shower included but it was still very convenient to have two restrooms. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Building, staff, common areas, and room was very clean and well maintained. It's a little trickie exiting the parking lot as there is a quick U-turn if you're making a left onto Federal. Breakfast was a great value! Pool on-site but we did not visit. Staff was super-helpful. Overall a great value!"

"My stay was unsatisfactory and I do not recommend this apartment. Lack of cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. I found trash on the bed and overall cleanliness did not meet basic standards. Bathroom hygiene and drainage problems: The bathroom was clogged and full of mosquitoes. In addition, the shower was also clogged, which made it difficult to use. Smoke exposure: People smoked outside my room (including cigarettes and other smoke). As a result, the room became filled with smoke...

"The apartment we stayed in @ Kasa Union Station was perfect for us. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for me & my daughter. The location was great and very close/walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and a Whole Foods for us to stock our kitchen. We even walked back to our apartment from a concert @ Mile High Stadium because a rideshare was too hard to locate after the concert. We would definitely stay here again."
