"Staff was super helpful. I was in NY for work and when the WiFi in my room was not working, they moved and upgraded me to a new room with quick WiFi very quickly. I was able to get back to work without stress and I very much appreciated that. They gave me a bottle of wine for the inconvenience, too."

"The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again."

"Pro's: - For NYC our room was huge (corner king) - Comfortable bed - I'm not sure how they did it but we heard zero street noise from our room on the 4th floor, and no noise from other guests either - Great smelling products and nice bathroom Con's: - Some parts of our room were a bit worn down which I would not expect from a hotel this price and was disappointing. The bottom of the bathroom door was warped and the windows needed a good clean from the outside."

"Great hotel located close to SoHo, Bowery, Chinatown, and NoLita. Great views from upper floors. Rooms are nice, the king suite deluxe is highly recommended. 3 blocks from subway and you can get anywhere. This will be my top choice for all my NYC stays!"

"Very cool bohemian spot. When I got to the room I thought I was staying in Bali, very cool, wood platform bed and a bottle of wine waiting for me as an “Expedia Perk”! Staff really friendly and helpful, cool bar and coffee shop and a nice rooftop bar too."

"Upon arrival at check in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready. It was disappointing how that even happened when we booked weeks ahead. However, the staff were very kind to find us a new room 10-15 minutes after waiting in the lobby. I appreciate their effort in trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. We would stay here again!"
