Pleasant and comfortable stay.
Very comfortable bed in a B&B style atmosphere. Very friendly owner who does above and beyond for guests. Would stay again

Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.

Not what i was expecting,shared Bathroom No kettle,no TV in room,it is under Heathrow Flight path,i was prepared for some noise but not every 90seconds.would i stay there again NO.

For me this is not a hotel, it’s a b&b without the breakfast, it’s a house up a cul-de-sac in the middle of a hosing estate, shared bathroom shared TV no tea or coffee machine, parking where you can around the estate, food was allegedly available not pushed and looked very expensive, the Amenities there wasn’t any, having said all that it was very clean and the owner was very pleasant, just very disappointing

The property listed shared pool thyme. There wasn’t anything. They also private bathroom nope you had to share. Room tiny. A video posted by owner showed a business district where it was nope in a run down neighborhood. I want my money back. I had to leave as it was not what I paid for. Take this place off site as it is making false statements

Just a rowhouse in a neighborhood near Heathrow
Just so that anybody looking at this property knows what they are getting into: This isn't a "hotel" at all. He's got this listed as a 4-star hotel with a restaurant and airport shuttle, and that is just preposterously wrong. This is a basic rowhouse in a neighborhood near Heathrow. He has three small bedrooms upstairs, and a small shared bathroom in the hallway. It is not a "hotel" by any stretch of the imagination. The "airport shuttle" turned out to be that you can go to the Heathrow Central Bus Station, take a regularly scheduled bus a few bus stops over, and then walk the rest of the way. Except, of course, how do you even find this "hotel"? There is no signage - not even on his entry door. The only way to find the place was to knock on the doors of his neighbors until I found somebody who knew what this "hotel" actually was. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the guy offered a refund right away - presumably hoping that I would not give a negative review. He actually offered the refund before he would even let me in the front door. But still - this guy is obviously just preying on people who desperately need to find a hotel room near Heathrow when there are lots of flight cancellations, and no regular hotel rooms are available. Nothing wrong with him offering his bedrooms for rent - but describing this as a 4-star "hotel" with a restaurant and an airport shuttle can only be described as fraud.
This is the so-called Bianca's House "Hotel" - just a basic rowhouse in a neighborhood near Heathrow.

Not a hotel - a bedroom in someones house
i was shocked at this place. it is NOT a 4 star hotel. it is a bedroom in someones house. check google for reviews. the guy was nice enough but its on an estate and had to park a long way from accommodation and then found a small house. i had to take my clean trainers off and wear slippers to go upstairs (to protect floor apparently). room was tidied but its a bedroom with a bed wedged in. the bathroom next door had someone elses toiletries in - dont know whose! i ended up leaving in the middle of the night. i am sure the owners are nice but dont stay here expecting a hotel. its a bedroom in someones house in a large housing estate.

Turned up to this "Hotel" and it was some guys house! Was not impressed, the first image of a swimming pool and the title hotel was very misleading. Walked away and booked a proper hotel locally.

Our establishment is aimed at corporate business travellers & sometimes referals from Hilton or Radisson customers whom have given us 10/10 guest reviews since opening. In further regards to your review, this is private land with private ownership! and next to Bath Road where other major hotel chains are situated mainly close to Heahrow Airport but we are also next to M4 / M25 hence business class customers!. We offer various concierge assistance as well as special requests. We do have a parking bay but was occupied & , meanwhile we had a USA Guest arrive same day with no issues with Expedia & left review 4/5. All services & facilites above are genuine! unfortunatly you did not arrive or stay. The swimming pool is off site & displayed on Expedia - where client want a boutique hotel. Sorry you did not take & enjoy our full service, as stated in the name of the property "Bianca's House Hotel Heathrow Airport" customers who have genuinely stayed at our premises & whom have enjoyed our Hotel experience full facilities e.g. Concierge service / restaurant & bar service etc...for which we have had excellent 10/10 genuine guest reviews & achieved 9.4 Guest Review awards 2017 & also achieved 5 Star* hygiene rating from the Local Authorities (we have been audited by Government), recently and customers who have enjoyed the peaceful tranquil quiet surroundings away from the main road. This is not a hotel. It's a council house.
I'm disappointed to say that this listing is a borderline scam. After reading the description I expected to arrive at a hotel with a car park and various facilities that are listed in the description. Most of these facilities do not exist on site. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. IT'S A COUNCIL HOUSE. To be fair, maybe it's an ex-council house, but it's still a small mid-terrace house in a council estate. The following are facilities that DO NOT EXIST at this B&B: Concierge Service Business Centre Valet Limo Service ATM/Banking Executive Lounge Access 24-hour Room Service Free Parking Restaurant Coffee Shop/Cafe Water Park Lazy River Water Slide Porter Horse Riding Onsite Helicopter Rides Onsite Please do not be fooled. What you are booking is a small bedroom in a shared house with a shared bathroom and no private parking. If you want a single room for the night before flying from Heathrow where you can park on the street, fair enough, this might be the place for you, but it is not a hotel and it's vastly overpriced. I strongly recommend that Expedia review and remove this property as it is not accurately represented.

The owner was a gentleman but I did not stay actually because the idiot Expedia guy whom I asked to find me a hotel around the Heathrow airport booked me for this home! He told me it was a 4 star hotel while it was someone’s home!!! I forgot about the 102$ nonrefundable charge and said good bye and booked a hotel online and stayed there. Expedia has been a major disappointment for this and other reasons.

The operators were very friendly and accommodating and professional. It is a bed and breakfast run in a residential house. The house itself was hard to find but we managed.

Like staying with friends!
Amazing hospitality. Feels like home or visiting friends. Services above and beyond expectations. Be aware that you are renting a room and bathroom is shared - I didn't pay attention and it was a surprise for me, as I often travel for business and always stay in regular chain hotels (Windsor, Marriott, Hilton, etc.). That being said, I would still recommend Bianca's house vs a tradition hotel, if you want to have company, conversation, help, directions and personal attention.
