Amazing hydrotherapy pool. Steam room nice sauna sadly closed for maintenance. Room perfect for Heathrow hotel. Very clean big bed spacious. Breakfast excellent, evening meal in hotel also very good - not cheap but fair price was good. Easy transfer on “hoppa” bus to terminal 5 (NB this hotel is 10 minutes from terminal it is NOT on site terminal hotel which we found misleading) Only gripe was only had alcoholic drinks available in executive lounge between 5-7pm. Ideal stay for lunchtime flight. Thank you!

The room was clean and spacious enough. The shower gel was empty, (not life threatening just annoying) as we didn’t want to unpack our toiletries from our flight as we were flying again in the early am. We had dinner at a pub nearby (walking distance) and ordered dessert at the bar to bring to our room. The dessert took nearly an hour, and they brought the wrong thing. Again- not a huge deal, but 45 min to deliver the wrong items is bizarre. The staff was kind enough, and we didn’t complain because again- not big deal stuff. We were not about to wait another 45 min for the correct treat, nor call the desk for shower gel. All in all we’d stay again. Good location close to terminal 5, and the shuttle (6 and change euros each way pp not arranged by the hotel) was convenient enough.

Everything at the hotel was great. The front desk staff were amazing and I will always return to the hotel. My only complaint was the fact that I received a parking fine AFTER leaving and having paid parking directly to the hotel for every day I was there :(
