"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

Nous avons été très déçus par notre expérience dans cet hôtel, qui ne correspond pas aux standards attendus au regard du prix et de la catégorie annoncée.
Dès notre arrivée, les chambres attribuées (326 et 433) se sont révélées peu satisfaisantes : l’une était sombre, exiguë et sans vue agréable, l’autre légèrement mieux mais toujours sans équipements essentiels comme un réfrigérateur et surtout un coffre-fort.
