The property is in a great location with a lot to do and see in walking distance. The tube is a 2-3 minute walk which was very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very happy with our stay there.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. The 24/7 lounge with espresso and tea stations were extremely appreciated in the heart of London. Water stations in every floor came in handy for each day of exploring.

The secluded, guest-only access, “living room” area was wonderful. The location of the hotel was central to visitor attractions, safe and reasonably quiet at night. Recommend adding the breakfast buffet to the room reservation in order to simplify dining during what was one of the busier times for the restaurant. Basic rooms are small, but well-equipped with necessities and the bed was very comforable.
