"Mixed emotions on the stay. On the one hand the room and staff were all lovely and helpful, but an unfortunate situation has really tarnished the stay for us. We had a drink in the bar late one evening, and charged the drinks to the room per the bartenders request. We paid for these upon checkout, where we were asked to pay £45 pounds.
