"much of property is under remodel. Worst part - I visited Sacramento to see my brother, dying in hospital. The first night I slept at hospital so when I went back to hotel to check out early - brother was being moved into hospice at home the property did not allow me to check out early. They billed me for five nights. No early checkout. I paid almost $800 for one night when I didn’t sleep there. Don’t take a chance on this hotel."

"This is a wonderful modern hotel. It is possibly the nicest hotel in the Sutter Creek area. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are excellent. The beds are extremely comfortable. I really liked the modern shower. Their staff is polite and very helpful. A large television is in the room with a large selection of cable channels. You could not however sign into and use your personal apps such as You Tube or Netflix on their television. They have a basic complimentary breakfast, which...

"The neighborhood is not great, lots of undesirable people, but the facilities were very good. Breakfast was sparse. Not much to choose from and supply was low, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay here again when I need a room in Midtown."

"Great location, Central too much, next to American River. Room coffee less than tasty-none in lobby. Bathtub makes weird noises when in it & fan is annoying with on/of, on/off. Otherwise nice place, pool has sun & shade."

"We came in during a renovation, so my ratings reflect that. Had issues that we didn't have the last time we stayed. Breakfast was pretty bland but edible. Coffee machine was OK. Free cookies in the afternoon (or so). Our keys suddenly stopped working on five separate occasions for no reason (was told it'll probably get fixed after the renovation)."
