"Clean and tidy; the staff was very well equipped and helpful. The hotel feels 'luxurious' certainly. However the design is a bit odd throughout the lobby and main spaces - they feel a bit disjointed. The menu at the bar for dinner was interesting - too small to have good basics. Too funky really - even the cocktails were a little too odd. That would be my only complaint."

"We had a big group staying and on the whole we had a wonderful experience. Some of the frustrations were long lines to checking at the front of the hotel, and also one of our rooms was not available until after 5pm, while checkin was supposed to be at 4pm. Also, they provided drink ticket vouchers but the bar staff couldn’t accept them so it was strange. All in all, great location and quality experience."

"Honestly kind of felt like a gussied up Holiday Inn express. We did get stuck in the elevator which was concerning. That being said the restaurant and the bar were awesome."

"Everything was great ... but the front desk were really not welcoming! When you asked a question they responded like it wasn't their job ... I was standing in front desk to check out the guy let the phone ring and answered person probably gun up when they called back he was so rude and disrespectful and unprofessional he started talking about them ... other then that I definitely recommend"
