"Expedia didn't mention the pet fee was $157 for the night. While pet fees are expected, paying more for it than the room is ridiculous. Expedia really should provide more complete fee information. Definitely would have changed my plans!"

"Viewing the site online was very different from pulling up. There were lots of utility trucks on the property It’s located in the back clearing of a wooded space so it looked out of place. The room had a dry strange odor. The bathroom looked nothing like the site. We had food left out that by morning was ant infested. "Located adjacent to a good seafood restaurant - the staff was excellent. Parking was tight (our neighbor had an enormous pickup truck), but usable. An excellent Italian restaurant called Vino was less than 2 miles away. We’d stay again in the fall, not sure what summertime bug situation would be."

"Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!"

"Please avoid this hotel if you don’t want to deal with cockroaches, bedding with urine stains and broken shower heads. My family and I had three rooms for 2 nights and had to move out of one because of a HUGE COCKROACH. Another room had sheets on one of the beds with very obvious urine stains so housekeeping obviously isn’t paying attention to what they’re doing. "The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked."
