"This is my third stay and it just keeps getting better! I was in town to attend the Princess Buffet with my granddaughters which happened to be located in the hotel's restaurant. Whoever organized this event did an amazing job! The decorations, food and treats for the young princesses were wonderful and well thoughout. The best feature was the very talented young women dressed as Disney pricesses who sang and greeted each girl at their table to chat. That being said, my room was fresh and...

"I have stayed here before without issue, however I will never be able to stay again. The entire third floor where we were staying reeked of smoke when we arrived and it continued for our entire stay. Upon notifying the front desk, their solution was to come spray a citrus smelling something in the hallway which then mixed with the smoke and smelled awful. It was so bad, that it was seeping into our room all night. There are signs and fliers everywhere touting the property as being 100% smoke...

"Netaja at the front desk was excellent as well as the maid staff on our floor. However, our room was filthy, especially the bathroom. The shower doors were covered with old soap stains. The shower floor tray was chipped all the way around. The caulking was terrible. All of the caulking in the shower had many deep mold stains. Even the caulking surrounding the glass on the shower doors was disgustingly moldy. The wall paper on the right side of the shower entry had two large mold streaks ,...

"Room was clean and spacious, Staff was helpful and curious"

"Second time staying here and it gets better every time , this is the recharge everyone needs. You feel disconnect although you have Hampton roads at your finger tips. Highly recommended"

"The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked."

"Convenient walk to dinner. Nice staff. But a bit understaffed...decent breakfast."

"It was way better than we expected, given the cheap price. Would stay here again if we are in the area. Quiet area, clean room, great price. Don’t need much else."

"Older property which needs a lot of maintenance abd updating. Howver, the bed was comfortable and quiet."

"The stay was good, just need to fix the hot water and the toilet and they will be great. I will stay here again. The staff was great."

"Well I’d compare the sleep inn to a college dorm mid semester. The walls are scraped and paint scratched. The floors are chipped and cracked, needing to be replaced. The towel hooks are no longer. The towels have permanent stains. The bathroom is cruddy ,with the added bonus of previous guests hair on the shower walls, and hotel staff was nowhere to be found on Sun The parking ,however, was great."
