"It was difficult to get the car to the main door due to parked cars. Perhaps a mention of surrounding car parks if a person didn’t want valet parking"

"Nothing on the room walls, no blow dryer, no access to my streaming on TV, pool was closed for the season, bathroom light automatically turns off during your shower; this was a “blah” of a hotel. Staff was nice, except when I called inquiring about streaming they said someone would be right up to help and no one came. "

"They should carry irons and ironing boards. Also should have rags in the room."

"I was very surprised with a room. The deluxe room is pretty small, the bathroom set up is not very well done at all. You will find the smallest sink ever with little countertop. On a positive side great breakfast and coffee."

"Pool was closed end of April advertised open. No coffee available in lobby, just little packets in room. Bed was lumpy. No microwave in room. Outside of window was very dirty. Main reason i booked it was it was close to Metro subway, good. McDonalds was end of block otherwise not a lot to choose from nearby. It was ok but nothing special. "

"The facility is in a great location and easily accessible to many of DC’s iconic landmarks as well as close to Subway and bus stops. Water pressure in the shower was lack luster with a dribble and the ice machine on both 14 and 9th floor did not work. Being on the 14th floor and having to check every level until we found one working was disappointing. A bit pricy on the daily car parking. Overall we loved the place and the location and would recommend it to others. I’m glad we chose to stay here."
