Stayed one night when we landed at Birmingham Airport early hours, check in was quick and efficient, cannot comment on food and beverage as we didnt have any, parking was easy and position is excellent for both Airport and motorway, staff on check out were friendly and helpful

There’s so much do in and outside the area! They offer a lot considering you are living in an outlet for retail, the do an amazing job of welcoming guests and notifying them about events, locations and facility times.

Hilton Birmingham Metropole
Very nice hotel. The only reason I have marked it down slightly is that the toilet in our room would not flush properly which we reported within an hour of arrival. This was not fixed despite us being here for 2 night. That said it would not out is off staying here again.

Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club
Lovely hotel, great location. Large rooms and friendly staff. Free Wifi but did tend to drop out now and again My only negative is that even though good selection of breakfast food, the hot buffet was cold, luke warm at best

ibis Birmingham International Airport – NEC
The breakfast was a highlight of this stay, well cooked and very well laid out. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you. The position is slightly different when you are not actually using the airport, but it was well located having been to the NEC for the day. The staff made the stay better ...
