"The staff is super friendly & accommodating. The property is clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants to choose from (quick eats to nice steakhouse). We ate at multiple restaurants at Santa Ana Star and they were all very good. The pool area is nice and clean as well. We will definitely be back."

"Elevators broke so it’s no fun walking the stairs with luggage. The room was okay clean, but all the calcium deposit around the faucet and shower did not seem to suggest good maintenance. Shuttle pickup from the airport stopped running at midnight. The only highlight for us was the staff; they were friendly and I had some good conversations with them."

"We had no clue there was a pool until we seen the sign on our way out. The walls were thin."

"The room was filthy. There were previous guests items in the room. We had our dog and she couldn’t even use the bathroom due to the amount of feces along the pet area. There was a man 3 doors down as well that was ordering prostitutes. Overall terrible stay. If we weren’t traveling across the country and exhausted we would’ve just kept driving. Also, the pool is completely empty with garbage in it."

"Pillows are terrible! I usually bring my own (yes,I am a princess with a pea problem) but couldn’t this time. They were like sacks of potatoes. Otherwise, stay was pleasant, staff was great AND the shuttle has helped me numerous times!"

"Clean room, courteous staff, who was personally text me if we need anything, unfortunately when I asked for toothbrush she was not available. Free, easy access parking around the building, free breakfast was pretty good. Then more quick food on a fancy establishment in front without having to cross a busy street. My teen enjoyed the place. Good for kids too."

"They have sharp metal discs hanging on the wall when you walk in and it ripped a 2-in gas in my arm. I spoke to the person in charge and they simply did not care. "Rooms needs to be cleaned out and addressed the housekeeping needs. We usually stay at this hotel once every two weeks and we started noticing that rooms are not being cleaned properly."
