"You can’t beat the location of this hotel. The breakfast comes with it is fantastic. The problems I had were they charge you $50 for a third person in the two bedroom room and that increases the cost with taxes near $400 and for $400 I would like to see a room without popcorn ceiling, a swimming pool with a light attached instead of it floating. Making it scary to swim. The staff is great . Loved the free hot chocolate."

"The hotel room was very clean but small the staff was great and helpful. My only comment was the listing offered free parking which was true but they had only 4 spaces for 18 rooms, just be aware you will have to park on the street and they will give you a permit for parking so you won't get a ticket."

"Clean and roomy apartment with fully stocked kitchen, a balcony with a grill and nice touches like extra blankets and coffee. Loved the grounds - clean, beautiful, easy to find. Will stay again!"

"The place is awesome in the place of downtown of basalt. 20 miles from Aspen and almost 30 from Glenwood springs. The host is super and very welcoming. The property is clean and having enough place for parking, nice breakfast. I’ll recommend for people looking for budget hotel and wanted to explore Aspen and Glenwood spring"
