"Washer in room . Erika, Sylvia and the owner Ariana were so helpful in helping us resolve issues with car rental. Sylvia called three different Europcar sites to resolve an issue for me. Erika and Arianna the owner were also very helpful and friendly. Very clean apartment. Parking under the building. A grocery store across the street. Restaurants next to the building. A little far away from the Verona historic center. Excellent location if you are travelling between Venice and Milan."

"First off, the location is EXCELLENT. The building is well maintained, very clean, and nice. I think if you were staying several days (or longer), in Verona, you’d be very happy here. The bathroom was very stylish and modern. I wished it had a tiny bit more amenities, like a shower cap. Because the staff is only available in certain hours, i didn’t bother asking for one for my short stay. The toiletry products are good quality. The bedroom was very cute, clean, and spacious. The bed was quite...

"The apartment was very clean, well stocked with all appliances to make tea, coffee and food *they also provided a few tea bags, sugar, coffee pods olive oil packets* which was a bonus to have a cup of tea to unwind after a long day of traveling. With just a 4 min walk to Aldi you can get the groceries you need to cook. They honored the bottle of wine I was to receive as an Expedia gold member so I was able to relax have a glass of wine on the patio while I read and relaxed after a long day of...

"It is a very nice property and fantastic location. The parking can be a bit anxiety inducing for Americans, squeezing through the narrow, enclosed alleyway, but it is still doable. Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy. The biggest issue we had was the climate control not working, which...
