"We booked this location because of the star rating and prior reviews. Sadly, it was anything but a 4 star hotel, and not even sure how it is ranked 4.5 on Expedia. The hotel area was clean and well kept, the staff was average at best no real impactful interactions with any of the staff members. The room itself was fine with the exception of the extremely loud bathroom fan, and the only thing I can describe as slightly above the worst sleep I’ve ever had, in booking a four star hotel I expected...

"The place was exactly as advertised. The bed was very comfortable, I really liked the ceiling fan and the AC, and it was great to have streaming channels available on tv. We had a little trouble finding the place initially, there isn’t much signage on the front of the building. It’s just a small dark colored awning over a wooden door with the initials CSB. My GPS kept saying we were there, but it took a moment to find the right spot. Other than that, everything was easy and Katarina was very...

"Great propety at a great location right next to a grocery store and a block from a pedestrian street filled with restaurants and with secured parking. I would come back again.tip - If you have a car, u need to go through the building door first, then walk into the garage and manually open the garage from the garage button from the inside. "First time ever booking an aparthotel and I can say that this stay was a great experience. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but there were no issues. Our check-out was 12pm but our flight was at 7pm. Because they had a luggage storage locker we were able to leave it for the whole day and came back to our belongings with no issues. Definitely a nice spot to book! They also had a life sized rhino in their lobby area."

"The room was nice but a little small. The pictures made it look larger than it was. However, our stay here was still great. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The free breakfast every morning was great. We also had access to a beautiful courtyard where we could sit out and enjoy our coffee in peace. There is also a shared rooftop that you can use that has wonderful views of the city. We didn't know that the Bairro Alto neighborhood is where a lot of the bars/nightclubs are (that was our...
