"My stay was okay. Would have appreciated better customer service. Tried reaching out via their messenger system and nobody responded. The day of my reservation I called and was put on hold twice and call dropped for over 10-15 minutes trying to reach someone. Requested a refrigerator since I am traveling with a child who has formula and it was a delay of 1.5 to get the refrigerator brought to the room. For the cost of the night and reviews I expected better service."

"Although the lobby is up to date, the rooms are in dire need of refurbishing. Our bathroom sink leaked onto the vanity and bathroom floor. The shades are dirty and the tub/shower area paint was chipped with stained grout. When we asked to be moved from to a room without a leaking sink, we were given a much smaller room in the front of the hotel and listened to racing cars all night. We were charged for 2 nights parking when our car was only in the garage one night. The hotel desk refused to fix...
